We are currently looking for an employee, at the following job
position in Zagreb:
ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
(m/f)
In Intesa Sanpaolo Card Network Division
Your key responsibilities and
challenges at this position will be:
- Assisting the relationship manager in managing commercial
activities towards Banks'partners in Croatia through tracking,
monitoring and managing requirements,
- Providing support to the bank's representatives in preparing
and completing requests for change,
- Providing support for Business case preparation, including
commercial & contractual terms development and operations, as
well as monitoring of contracted terms and conditions
- Performing analysis and relevant reporting on the country
specific trends,
- Preparing different ad hoc analysis on RM responsibilities in
order to improve the level of service towards third parties.
And preferred qualifications and
skills are:
- Degree in economics,
- Active usage of MS Office applications,
- Fluency in English (both written and oral),
- Ability to priorities assignments in order to complete work in
tight deadlines,
- Highly analytical thinking with attention to details,
- Ability to work in a team with a diverse workforce in
multicultural setting,
- Proactive, result oriented achiever, with friendly and polite
personality,
- Technical and business knowledge of Card business (issuing and
acquiring) is an advantage.
